Every member has a personal concierge to arrange the visit: travel, atelier appointment, private fitting, and a piece received directly from the person who made it. This is the intended way to receive a PlayrotiX piece.
When travel truly isn’t possible, white-glove delivery is available within the country or continent that made your piece, by electric vehicle, rail, or zero-emission vessel, never by air freight or fuel-burning ship.
Crossing into another country is reserved for the day transit itself can be done without carbon, electric flight, electric shipping. Until then, the only way past our borders is your own.
Privilege extends to the loop
Every atelier is led locally and staffed by local and indigenous artisans, paid above regional wage as a baseline. In the Philippines and Mexico, PlayrotiX trains young adults alongside master artisans, keeping weaving, dyeing, and stitching traditions alive.
It was forged with a hundred dollars, a vintage trunk, and a sacred premise: To make a woman feel beautiful again is to save what others believed was beyond repair.
PlayrotiX began in 2011 with $100 and a trunk of lingerie, sold door to door in Denver. It lasted a year, then went quiet.
Almost fifteen years later it came back, not as a hustle, but as an invitation-only house of hand-made luxury. Since then it’s been rebuilt from the ground up: ateliers opened in the Philippines and Mexico, a new generation trained in near-lost textile traditions, no outside investor, one relationship at a time.
